Fall Creek

Our goal is to be a "one-stop" resource for children, teens and adults who may be struggling with Attention Deficit Disorder (with or without Hyperactivity) or learning disorders or other developmental disorders.

For some time, we have wanted to create an easier and more centralized way for people to find diagnostic and follow-up services in this area. We came together to share our knowledge and resources. Our team consists of psychologists, educational and testing specialists, pediatric neurology consultants, ADD and behavior coaches, community educators and parent/child advocates.

Often the first way we can help you involves an evaluation.

  • We offer comprehensive diagnostic evaluations so that you really understand the problem before jumping in to treat it.
  • We find that parents often have felt pressured to begin a particular treatment prior to truly understanding the specific nature of the problem. We want you to feel comfortable with our recommendations, and will take the time to fully discuss our findings with you and answer your questions.
  • Together, we will decide on the best approach for you.

Once an evaluation has been completed, we can assist you by implementing strategies to help you or your child be more successful.

  • The best evaluation in the world won't help if it doesnŐt translate into understandable, practical strategies for change.
  • We will develop a plan for you and your family. We know that when one person in a family is struggling, everyone is affected.
  • We know that you do not exist in a vacuum. As an adult, you must navigate the workplace and your family and relationships. Children must navigate the school system. We will give you tools to make this easier and will actively advocate on your behalf whenever we can.

Follow up is of the utmost importance.

  • Our counselors and coaches want to see you continue to grow and prosper.
  • We will help you stay on track with proven long-term solutions that will be customized for you or your child.
  • We are there to provide ongoing encouragement and coaching or periodic "tune-ups" as needed.

We want you to be educated and informed.

  • We regard you as our copilots and want to empower you.
  • We will provide additional local resources whenever we can.
  • We will also direct you to educational materials and support organizations that can help.
  • We routinely reach out to the community by offering classes and presentations on ADD, learning difficulties, and developmental challenges.
