Social and Interpersonal Skills Group for Adults

What?
A small group for adults who want to gain tools to improve their social skills and comfort in interpersonal relationships. If you are shy or do not come by social skills naturally or easily, this group may be right for you! We will help you determine if it would be a good fit.
Why?
Because a lack of social skills or a lack of practice using them can result in stress, embarrassment, and isolation. In turn, this can lead to feeling anxious or depressed. Navigating the social world and interpersonal communication without adequate information and skill is also exhausting!
When?
Monday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30. (But we will skip the 3rd Monday of each month because of another meeting held at our offices on that day.)
Where?
At our Carmichael offices at 5900 Coyle Avenue, Suite D.
Cost:
$40 per person. If you have health insurance, we will do our best to help you have them cover this service.
